Also there is a set procedure for checking the fluid level of the selespeed unit - IIRC you have to open the door, pump primes, then turn the ignition on, the pump operates step one. Open the door and tell me if you hear a small noise from the oil pump of the gearbox for 3 seconds. if you hear more than 3 (like 5) means that the pump cant get enough pressure so the problem is the oil LEVEL. step two.
